EndZone's supplier provides a web-based LMS which is easy to deploy and manage - it has been specifically designed to deal with a particular challenge to Administrators, that of managing "leavers and joiners". The system is linked to an employees' PAYE code so that immediately a member of staff joins or leaves the payroll your LMS administrator is alerted and online learning licences are updated and reallocated. This can also be used for employee performance review purposes.
