Tailored Performance Training
EndZone have built a network of what we consider to be some of the finest trainers in the UK, all of whom are so busy delivering training that they find they don’t have enough time to generate new business opportunities.
The performance trainers in our network are carefully selected for their skillsets, sector experience, business specialities and are all highly experienced, certified NLP trainers. Those familiar with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) will know that this means your people will be guaranteed a really invigorating and engaging day, they will acquire new skills with ease and they will learn fast... and for those unfamiliar with NLP, well you are in for a treat!

Online e-Learning
In order to provide a “blended learning” solution we are a distributor for an established vendor of e-learning products and Learning Management Systems. With a range of over 100 generic titles – which can be tailored to the needs of the client as required in order to add relevance – and a full bespoke development capability we can address most requirements quickly, easily, cost-effectively.
All courses are designed to be:
- Engaging and interactive – to facilitate knowledge transfer, encourage usage
- Modular – for "bitesized" chunks of learning, ease of use, repeat reference
- Trackable – so Administrators can track usage and produce full audit trails for internal and external Compliance reporting and Senior Management review
- Updated with current content – generic courses are SaaS (Sold As A Service) so relevant content is updated automatically throughout the term of the subscription period
- Integrated – all courses integrate with an existing Learning Management System
Learning Management System (LMS)
EndZone's supplier provides a web-based LMS which is easy to deploy and manage - it has been specifically designed to deal with a particular challenge to Administrators, that of managing "leavers and joiners". The system is linked to an employees' PAYE code so that immediately a member of staff joins or leaves the payroll your LMS administrator is alerted and online learning licences are updated and reallocated. This can also be used for employee performance review purposes.
Complementary Services add impact
EndZone offer further efficiencies and value to the client as we act as a sole supplier to co-ordinate and negotiate other activities that complement the successful delivery of training.
Our philosophy is that the mind absorbs and retains information in many ways – and much of that information comes from the impacts and feelings generated by the overall experience... so, for example, if you are wanting to motivate, change attitudes or reward your people then we will consider the other senses that will contribute to the overall success of the training programme - such as:
- Offsite training locations - the venue, ambience and facilities are a key element to the success of any offsite training programmes, adding real impact and success to the overall learning experience. Through our associates we source locations that are designed to reflect the desired training outcomes - whether it be high impact, inspirational and energising or relaxed, reflective and creative. In addition we can design games or exercises to form key components of the desired learning outcomes...which are challenging yet fun and engage all delegate "types". Private hotels can be booked out in their entirety via our New Forest hotel associate.
- Senior Management Programmes - "get on the business as well as in the business": we tailor make programmes held in exceptional venues that use trainers used to dealing with Board level delegates and addressing issues that are fundamental to the future success and direction of the organisation. Frequently the day to day management of the business clouds the thinking and blunts the opportunities to assess and activate the strategies and direction that will invigorate performance, vision and decision making. We craft every programme to be an opportunity for the mind and body to re-energise, to re-wire and re-group...by combining incredible trainers with the best facilities we aim to achieve in 48 hours what can take 48 days in business. Programmes are residential and can be group or 1:1.
